Serving with a variety of gifts. 1 Peter 4.10

1 Corinthians 12: 4 “There are various gifts, but the same Spirit.”

God has given Christians different gifts to strengthen the church. Do some people know what their gift is, and some use it as a gift that is unacceptable to God. The gifts that God has given his people for free, do not need to be used for private or personal purposes. If this happens, God may withdraw the gift. The gifts that are given to us, if we use them correctly, we see in our life the wonderful work of God. Matthew 5: 8 “Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God”.

If God has given you the gift of prayer, it means that you should pray for all people without any regard or favor. It is not for you to choose whom you will pray for, but for God to choose you, that you may be able to pray for all men. pray, pray, and give thanks to all, ”

What if you are the one who has been given the gift of reconciliation, and you say, while you work on their reconciliation: when you come to an agreement, we see each other. This shows that you are fleeing from the exercise of God’s gift. It is good that you use this gift as God approves and that you become a peacemaker. Matthew 5: 9 “Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the sons of God.”

If God has given you the gift of evangelism, it means preaching to all people, not just preaching to the group and turning away intentionally. Rom 10.15b “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach good things!”
Brethren, let us not neglect the gifts that God has given us. God has given us His various gifts to build and sustain the Church, to always pay attention and obey the good that God wants us to use in His various gifts. 1 Cor 14:12 Even so ye, for as much as ye are zealous of spiritual gifts, seek that ye may excel to the edifying of the church. The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with us all. Amen.
